Job summary

Woodard Creek Health & Rehabilitation in Olympia, WA is seeking an Admissions Director for our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee referral development, establish relationships with hospitals, physicians, and the community to drive admissions and occupancy.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic leader with 2+ years SNF experience and a proven track record in patient access, community outreach, and collaboration with the administrative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 2+ years SNF experience.
• Experience in healthcare public relations, community relations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Present the center positively to educate the public and healthcare community about services.
• Dedicate majority of time to direct interaction with the market community to promote services.
• Maintain occupancy targets and conversion rates from referrals to admissions.
• Maintain professional rapport with staff and community relations teams.
• Coordinate with administrator on admissions, expectations, and results.
