Job summary

ONE Gas is seeking a growth customer support professional to handle order intake, status updates, and new service setups. You will coordinate with engineering, scheduling/dispatch, and meter-reading teams to support growth customers and maintain essential records and reports.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to respond to inquiries via phone and email. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience using basic customer service policies and procedures.
• Experience applying customer service policies and procedures.
• Experience reading and interpreting customer account information.
• Experience with Banner and Microsoft Dynamics systems.

Responsibilities

• Process growth customer orders, status updates, and account setup.
• Assist customers and colleagues via phone or email with inquiries.
• Collaborate with engineering, scheduling/dispatch, and field ops to support growth customers.
• Maintain logs and records for service orders, new meter sets, and related items.
• Prepare reports and correspondence such as customer letters, complaint records, and bill breakdowns.
• Ensure regular attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.
