You will generate new business through community outreach, referrals, and customer engagement while ensuring compliant operations and strong customer relationships.

The role requires at least one year of management experience or completion of a management training program, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain required

Qualifications

• At least one year of management experience or successful completion of a management training program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Experience in sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
• Experience managing branch, store, or business operations.
• Experience leading and developing employees.
• Proven ability to generate business through community involvement, networking, customer referrals, and outbound calling activity.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, outreach, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions that support branch success.
