Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is seeking a Growth Audience VP to lead strategic field leadership and scale Growth Audiences across priority markets. This senior role partners with field leaders and corporate centers to align resources and capabilities for sustainable growth.

The role may be remote within the US, with up to 50% travel. You will coach leaders, shape market strategies, and guide enterprise partners to expand advisor recruitment, development, and retention across markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services or related sectors.
• Proven ability to shape growth strategy and translate priorities into scalable results.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership across a matrixed organization.
• Experience coaching field leaders and building community, partnerships, or centers of influence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Growth Audience work across priority markets.
• Coach market directors and field leaders on recruiting, development, and retention of advisors.
• Shape partnerships and community strategies to accelerate advisor recruiting and market presence.
• Prioritize investments and resources to balance immediate needs with long-term scalability.
