Thrivent is seeking a Professional Team Growth Consultant to advise financial advisors and advisory teams on strategy, planning, governance, and ownership transitions. This role supports growth, leadership development, and operational excellence across the US, with remote options.

Responsibilities include leading engagements, analyzing performance data, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve profitability and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance/business.
• Minimum 5 years coaching/consulting financial advisors or similar roles.
• Experience in practice management, team building, and model office practices.
• Proven ability to create and facilitate programs for collaborative practice-building.
• Demonstrated change management and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to financial advisors on advanced practice management topics.
• Facilitate strategic planning, organizational design, and business planning engagements.
• Guide ownership, governance, compensation, revenue-sharing, and succession planning discussions.
• Consult on governance structures, equity, and long-term sustainability.
• Lead virtual and in-person engagements, workshops, and advisory programs.
• Build relationships to drive behavioral change and adoption of strategies.
• Utilize analytics tools to deliver actionable business recommendations.
