Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a coaching/consulting role for financial advisors or advisory teams.
• Proven ability to coach teams through teaming initiatives, organizational design, and practice development.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice management consulting engagements and key workshops across the country.
• Facilitate strategic planning, governance, and ownership-transition discussions.
• Analyze practice performance data and deliver actionable recommendations for growth.
• Support succession planning, continuity, and ownership-transition initiatives.
• Build strong advisor relationships to drive adoption of recommended strategies.
