Job summary

the company.com is seeking a full‑stack engineer who deeply understands marketing to own tracking, attribution, and GTM integration. You’ll work with the CEO/CMO and BI lead, delivering fast, data‑driven results across Webflow, Vercel, and backend systems.

You will also implement AI‑assisted workflows, optimize page speed, and ensure attribution integrity across CRM and ads platforms. The role demands independent work and clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Own, implement and deploy tracking and attribution across customer journeys.
• Assist marketing with landing pages and small apps via Claude Code/Codex.
• Collaborate with CEO/CMO and BI director to enhance GTM data insights.
• Translate vague ideas into concrete tracking implementations.
• Build and deploy full‑stack features for GTM tests and tweaks.
• Help marketing go AI native and be technically self‑sufficient.
• Add backend hooks to capture events server‑side.
• Maintain attribution integrity across touchpoints including CRM and ads.
• Deploy server‑side split tests.

Responsibilities
