Job summary

Kiteworks is seeking a GTM Engineer for AI-native web to design and ship the systems powering our web presence and marketing engine. You’ll build agents, LLM pipelines, and retrieval systems that generate, personalize, validate, and measure web experiences at scale.

You are an engineer first, comfortable with production code, and you think like a marketer when it comes to pipeline, conversion, and buyer intent. This high-ownership role reports to marketing, sales, and product leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years shipping production web applications.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered systems in production: agents, pipelines, prompts.
• Strong front-end and full-stack skills (TypeScript, React, Node/Python).
• Experience with vector search, embeddings, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI-native web platform with agent/LlM workflows and human review.
• Design RAG systems ensuring accuracy and on-message content.
• Create guardrails, tests, and compliance checks for reliability.
• Ship pages and campaigns quickly using templates and automation.
• Integrate web layer with GTM stack to drive routed pipeline.
• Build personalization for different buyer personas and compliance frames.
• Own site performance, accessibility, and AI search visibility.
• Define metrics, run experiments, and report on conversions.
