Remote Queer seeks a Growth Strategist to drive scalable customer engagement and revenue across lifecycle programs. The role blends analytics with creative execution to optimize journeys from first touch to long-term loyalty.

You will design personalized experiences, own cross‑channel campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, Creative, Data and Operations to translate insights into growth. Remote-friendly, international scope.

Formación

• 3+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention or related field.
• End-to-end ownership: identify opportunities, define strategy, execute, analyze and improve.
• Strong marketing instincts and ability to craft compelling messaging and campaigns.
• Experience building customer segments, interpreting behavioral data, and designing lifecycle journeys.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive commercially sound decisions.
• Proven growth impact through improved engagement, conversion, or revenue.
• Customer-centric thinking with ownership and hands-on execution.
• Cross-functional collaboration to translate insights into coordinated initiatives.
• Familiarity with SMS marketing, loyalty programs, or personalized engagement strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer behavior and identify growth opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, history, lifecycle, and value.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys from onboarding to loyalty.
• Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, automated journeys, and campaigns.
• Personalize high-value customer experiences with tailored campaigns and outreach.
• Create persuasive marketing content for emails, SMS, and promotions.
• Drive measurable growth from opportunity to execution and optimization.
• Implement testing to improve message timing, offers, and audience selection.
• Measure performance using engagement, conversion, revenue and lifetime value.
