Jobgether is seeking a Senior Lead/Manager – Growth to own and accelerate growth in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will work closely with founders and executives to drive revenue, design experiments, and shape strategic initiatives from a data-driven perspective.

You will manage growth initiatives, analyze performance, and influence senior decisions while operating in a remote-first setup with a base in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 6–13 years in growth, ownership or consulting roles with commercial responsibility.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, revenue models, and growth drivers.
• Experience designing and evaluating growth experiments in B2B/tech environments.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with founders and senior leadership to shape and execute revenue-growth strategies.
• Design, launch, and evaluate growth experiments to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Own growth initiatives and align with revenue targets and business objectives.
• Build and communicate metrics-focused reports and executive presentations.
