Job summary

Lt Talent is seeking a Director of Growth for its ambitious beauty brand. This hands-on leader will own creative strategy, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and profitability, working directly with the founders.

Responsibilities include developing campaigns, managing Meta ad spend, optimizing landing pages, driving CAC/ROAS/MER metrics, and scaling a DTC site with 200k+ monthly users. Remote role in the US with openness to relocation to Florida.

Qualifications

• Strong creative marketing background required.
• Personal experience managing $700K+ monthly Meta spend.
• Experience growing DTC sites to 200K+ monthly users.
• Experience scaling physical consumer products priced under $200.
• Proven success in paid acquisition, creative testing, CRO, retention and revenue growth.
• Commercially minded, data-driven and hands-on.
• Hands-on operator in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative campaign concepts, messaging, hooks, offers and high-performing ad creative.
• Personally manage and scale Meta advertising budgets.
• Own creative testing, paid acquisition, CRO and customer retention.
• Optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout journeys and the wider eCommerce experience.
• Drive improvements across CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, LTV and revenue.
• Support product launches, developing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Take ownership of growth performance, marketing budgets and P&L outcomes.
