Recruiting from Scratch LLC is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Growth Engineering, to own and optimize product work across signup, onboarding, and conversion funnels. You will ship growth features, run end-to-end experiments, and build systems to engage prospective users across channels, while collaborating with a small eng team.

The role emphasizes autonomous ownership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience building user-facing software at consumer/prosumer or product-focused companies.
• Demonstrated ability as a core team member at an early-stage startup.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities with ability to derive insights from product data.
• Comfort using product data to decide what to build next.
• Ability to operate with autonomy and tie technical work to growth outcomes.
• Excellent product intuition and willingness to iterate quickly based on experiments.

Responsabilités

• Own product work across sign-up, onboarding, and conversion funnels.
• Ship user-facing growth features to improve activation and funnel performance.
• Design and run structured A/B tests and experimentation programs end-to-end.
• Form hypotheses, ship variants, measure results, and iterate based on data.
• Build systems for engaging prospective users across channels (Reddit, LinkedIn, legal communities).
• Build analytics dashboards to track user behavior and growth metrics.
• Develop automation tooling for personalized outreach at scale.
• Implement tracking and attribution to understand growth drivers for Growth, Sales, Marketing.
• Build internal tools to improve sales/marketing efficiency.
• Collaborate across frontend and full-stack systems and ship directly to a large B2B user base.
