Job summary

TrustedHousesitters is seeking a Growth Designer to own the acquisition and onboarding experience across web and mobile. You will partner with product, engineering, data, CRM, and CRO to drive conversion through rapid tests while maintaining an aspirational visual standard.

You will shape the experimentation roadmap, frame hypotheses, and translate insights into ship-ready product work. Remote-friendly, UK-based, and focused on growth in a global audience.

Qualifications

• Own acquisition or conversion work in-house at pace.
• Tell the story of an experiment, hypothesis, and impact.
• Maintain high visual UI quality across surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition journey end-to-end: homepage to first payment, desktop and mobile.
• Co-own the experimentation roadmap with CRO, define success metrics and ship tests.
• Raise the visual bar with strong UI craft across surfaces touched.
• Translate insights into shipped product, turning data into testable ideas.
• Shape strategy by partnering with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams.
