Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape, the nation’s largest privately owned commercial landscaping company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to connect with prospective clients, listen to their needs and build lasting relationships across markets.

You will conduct market research, use Salesforce CRM, develop service proposals, and collaborate with clients and the Sales Manager to determine frequencies, specs and contracts. A client-facing role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Client-facing communication with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with landscape or related services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on prospects for a specific region.
• Develop and maintain reliable sources of economic and market information.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all data and information.
• Cultivate relationships with prospects to create leads and opportunities.
• Generate field measurement estimates and take-offs.
• Collaborate with clients to determine service frequencies and specifications.
• Develop contracts and review proposals with the Sales Manager
