Aviary Health in New York is seeking a Growth Marketer who thinks like a builder, owning the end-to-end funnel across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led channels. You will partner with founders, Product, and Engineering to turn a product people love into a scalable motion.

You will design experiments, build self-serve growth, and translate complex technology into language operators understand, shaping how the market adopts company-wide AI.

Qualifications

• Proven bias to ship iterative tests and learn fast.
• Demonstrated ability to pull and defend decisions with data.
• Strong writing and messaging to translate product value.
• Experience across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led growth.
• Ability to work with engineers and founders and translate between them.

Responsabilités

• Own the full acquisition funnel from first touch to activated account across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led channels.
• Design and run experiments end to end: hypothesize, test, analyze, and scale.
• Build the self-serve growth motion, turning signups into active teams and company-wide adoption.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to instrument the funnel and automate repeatable parts.
• Own positioning and messaging in-market, translating a technical product into clear operator language.
• Develop content and lifecycle engine—sequences, playbooks, campaigns—to keep compounding.
• Report on CAC, activation, retention, payback; guide investment decisions.
