Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Analytics to lead a team of analysts and partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers across the customer journey from acquisition to expansion. The role blends hands-on analysis with strategy to enable product teams to make data-driven decisions at scale.

You will build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product and Data, define measurable hypotheses, and establish the PLG funnel measurements.

Qualifications

• Experience in product analytics or growth analytics in SaaS environments.
• Experience with product experiments and statistics.
• Strong SQL and data platform knowledge (Snowflake/dbt helpful).

Responsibilities

• Identify where PLG journey performs well and where friction occurs.
• Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Eng, Data for self-service growth.
• Collaborate with PLG PMs to define questions, hypotheses, and metrics.
• Lead and grow a team of growth analysts.
• Establish measurement for PLG funnel stages.
• Analyze customer behavior with segmentation, cohorts, funnels.
• Design measurement plans for initiatives and experiments.
• Improve analytics quality with metrics, events, dashboards.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and coding with governance.
