• 8+ years of experience leveraging data analytics and financial modeling.
• 7+ years of product management experience leading data, analytics, or AI-driven products.
• 6+ years of experience solving complex business problems and influencing senior leaders.
• 6+ years of experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders with strong communication.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and organizational reviews.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers/scientists to deliver scalable products and insights.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor ROI.
