• 6+ years solving complex business problems and aligning with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support business management activities including financial planning, workforce planning, and reviews.
• Foster an inclusive Growth Analytics culture through engagement programs and change management.
• Define and communicate a vision and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI-powered products.
