• 7+ years of product management experience leading data/analytics/AI-driven products in a complex enterprise.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders through strong communication and storytelling.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and delivering high-quality results on time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and operational reviews.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture and drive change management.
