• 8+ years leveraging data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years of product management leading data/AI-driven products in an enterprise.
• 6+ years solving complex business problems across strategic and execution levels.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners via communication.
• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field driving outcomes.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth Analytics leadership to drive strategic initiatives and high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, headcount management, and operational reviews.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture with engagement programs and change management.
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions from formation to adoption.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, analytics teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable products.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor utilization and business impact.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining prioritization and execution pace.
• Serve as trusted advisor to GA leadership, translating goals into actionable plans.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.
