Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management, Strategic Planning or related roles.
• 8+ years leveraging data analytics and financial modeling.
• 7+ years of product management experience in data/AI.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years in Data Science/Analytics or related field.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years delivering initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and executive communications.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and operational reviews.
• Foster inclusive Growth Analytics culture and employee engagement programs.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Growth Analytics data and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable products.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor outcomes for ROI.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as trusted advisor translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
