The role owns vision, roadmap, and delivery of analytics and AI-powered products, partnering with data engineers and scientists to create measurable business value in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business management or strategic planning with executive communication experience.
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years in product management of data, analytics, or AI products in a large enterprise.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or related field driving outcomes.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and delivering results.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept to execution with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth Analytics leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects, including executive presentations and leadership communications.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and operational reviews.
• Foster an inclusive Growth Analytics culture with employee engagement initiatives and change management.
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics and AI-driven products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
