Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Product Manager to own customer lifecycle management for US Cards, from first transaction through the relationship. You will join a small, data‑driven team and work closely with AI and decisioning to treat customers as individuals, not just credit scores, driving growth and value.

You’ll lead cross‑functional collaboration across Credit, Growth, Design, Data Science and Compliance, and you’ll set clear, measurable goals that move the numbers.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning product outcomes end to end.
• Strong analytical instinct and feel for what numbers should look like.
• Real fluency with AI tools as part of building, testing and analysing.

Responsibilities

• Owning the product vision and roadmap for our current and expanding target segment.
• Owning the customer lifecycle from first transaction onwards, including credit line management and engagement growth.
• Shaping the mobile app experience to drive activation, spend and engagement.
• Building new credit propositions alongside the core Cards product.
• Executing hands-on by writing and resolving tickets, prototyping, and own­ing implementation decisions using AI tools.
