Figure is building the next generation of financial infrastructure, with a data team at the heart of risk, growth, and product insights. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to optimize the borrower journey and drive measurable business impact.

You will design data models, analyze funnel performance, and deliver real-time dashboards that inform strategy, growth, and capital allocation across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience using data to drive growth, product analytics, or marketing science.
• Deep proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and handling complex joins.
• Advanced data modeling using star schemas and dbt models.
• Expert Tableau skills for cohort performance and funnel dashboards.
• Strong statistics: survival analysis, causal inference, significance testing.
• Fintech/lending context understanding across acquisition to funding.
• Clear communication translating data trends to executives.
• Adaptable generalist mindset for fast-moving environments.
• Adhere to security policies and data handling procedures.
• Complete mandatory security awareness training on time.
• Promptly report suspected security incidents to Security.

• Data Modeling & Architecture: Design robust data models for marketing spend and application events.
• Funnel Optimization: Monitor loan application funnel and optimize conversion.
• Technical Impact: Build BigQuery SQL and Tableau dashboards for KPIs.

• Cross‑Functional Insight: Translate behaviors into automated insights for growth.
