YouLend Limited is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to support the US growth agenda from the Atlanta office, blending hybrid work with a strong central risk function in London. You will contribute to credit strategy, risk policy, and portfolio optimization while working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality credit decisions.

The role requires 2+ years in credit risk or underwriting, strong quantitative skills, and experience with SQL and Python.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or a related risk management function within financial services, fintech, lending, or commercial credit.
• Proven understanding of credit underwriting principles, data science model application, risk appetite frameworks, and portfolio risk management.
• Outstanding quantitative and deductive reasoning skills; quickly identify insights in complex data sets and independently develop solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain risk concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to evaluate financial statements, cash flow, and credit data to inform structured risk decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Credit Strategy for the US market.
• Directly contribute to delivery of US business KPIs (growth, profitability, loss rate).
• Collaborate with Credit Risk colleagues across geographic markets to share toolkit and insights.
• Own and deliver key projects supporting the US Credit Strategy development and innovation roadmap.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends in credit quality and losses, and prepare risk reporting for senior management.
