Job summary

TrustedHousesitters Ltd. is seeking an analytical and commercially minded Lead Growth Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team.

The role focuses on understanding what drives growth, tracking performance changes, and identifying opportunities and risks across channels and product. You will lead end-to-end analytical workstreams, framing business questions, exploring data, and delivering clear recommendations with practical execution support.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in growth/marketing analytics in digital marketplaces or tech.
• Strong understanding of funnel performance and cross-functional dependencies between Marketing and Product.
• Experience analysing customer journeys across multiple funnel stages including cohorts.
• Knowledge of MMM, incrementality testing, experimentation and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end analysis on priority growth questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify and size growth opportunities across channels and product.
• Support investment decisions using MMM, channel performance and customer behavior data.
• Build clear growth narratives from complex analyses for stakeholders.
