You will ensure operational readiness, commercial enablement, and effective activation while supporting client-facing teams with services like wealth management.

The role sits between strategic planning and hands-on delivery, converting growth objectives into tangible results and enhancing playbooks, cadence, and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in growth strategy, revenue ops, GTM execution, or consulting.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or multi-service orgs is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation across acquisitions, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Translate investment theses into measurable activation goals and ramp plans.
• Design analytics and dashboards to track activation progress and value creation.
• Collaborate with Ops, Finance, HR, and Tech to align on priorities during ramp.
