Qualifications

• 5+ years of client relationship management that drives growth and sales.
• Ability to translate GTM strategy and pipeline needs into targeted campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven cross-functional stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft, launch, and refine lead generation and pipeline development campaigns.
• Partner with Marketing to activate and track inbound leads.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversion, and stakeholder adoption.
• Support direct-to-customer sales with product demos and next steps.
• Provide insights on lead movement and sales outcomes.
• Represent GTM at events to generate leads and drive conversions.
• Attend industry events to support pipeline and shaping of deals.
• Bridge prospects to the right capability SMEs, sales leaders, or accounts.
• Deliver Forge-specific GTM activations and optimize event agendas.
• Scale GTM collateral and activations across stakeholders.
