CaptionCall by Sorenson is seeking a caring, customer-service oriented Business Growth Account Manager to promote CaptionCall and expand opportunities through events and direct outreach. You will support office visits of local Account Managers, demonstrate the product, explain how it enriches lives, and generate leads.

This full-time role requires travel 50-75%, evening/weekend availability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to meet or exceed growth goals set by management.
• Ability to travel and present to groups of varying sizes.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads by demonstrating CaptionCall by Sorenson service to eligible users and providers.
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient referrals.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and community outreach activities.
• Log daily activities in the company CRM and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
