Sorenson Communications captioning solutions are seeking a compassionate Business Growth Account Manager to promote the CaptionCall service at events, presentations, and office visits, driving awareness and generating leads. You will assist local Account Managers and explain how our solutions enrich lives.

This full-time role involves travel, evening/weekend availability, and the ability to work independently while protecting confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating CaptionCall to eligible users, Hearing Healthcare Providers, or Veterans Hospitals when directed.
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient referral processes.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and demonstrations.
• Adhere to company compliance policies.
• Utilize CRM to log daily activities.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.
