Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating CaptionCall services to eligible users, providers, and senior facilities.
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient referral processes.
• Represent CaptionCall at events as assigned and promote our services.
• Adhere to strict compliance policies and log activities in the CRM.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and assist with other duties as required.
