CaptionCall by Sorenson seeks a caring, customer-service oriented Business Growth Account Manager. This role promotes CaptionCall services and expands opportunities by engaging with eligible customers through events and presentations, supporting office visits of local Account Managers, and explaining how our services enrich lives.

The position requires extensive travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and support to potential customers.
• Ability to present to groups both large and small.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Ability to drive, travel by air, and navigate multiple healthcare networks.
• Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating CaptionCall services to eligible users and providers.
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient referrals.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and follow compliance policies.
• Log daily activities in the company CRM and manage accounts.
• Support office visits of local Account Managers and expand opportunities.
