Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking a Business Growth Account Manager for CaptionCall by Sorenson in the Las Vegas area. You will promote CaptionCall and support outreach by sharing services with eligible customers through events and presentations, and assist local Account Managers with product demonstrations.

Responsibilities include lead generation, collaborating with Hearing Care Professionals on referrals, representing CaptionCall at events, maintaining CRM logs, and upholding company

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in outside sales or similar.
• Ability to present to groups in various settings.
• Familiarity with assistive devices for hearing loss is a plus.
• Experience working with senior citizens is preferred.
• Must have PC and high-speed Internet connection.

• Generate leads by demonstrating the CaptionCall by Sorenson service to eligible users, providers, and institutions.
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on the patient referral process.
• Represent CaptionCall at events as assigned.
