Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Brood Attendant for our Oak Forest team in Continental, OH. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00am–3:00pm, with weekends as needed, averaging about 35 hours weekly.

Base pay starts at $18.05/hour with potential increase to $19.30 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses. Training is provided and duties include maintaining the facility, administering medicines, monitoring birds, and ensuring feed and water access.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Brood Attendant to join our Oak Forrest team in Continental.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:00pm with weekends as needed, averaging 35 hours a week

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.05 with the potential of increasing to $19.30 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
