Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Brood Attendant to join our Oak Forrest team in Continental. The role includes keeping the farm clean, administering medicines, and monitoring birds while ensuring feed and water availability.

Starting hourly rate is $18.05 with the potential to increase to $19.30 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end bonuses. Training is provided. Shift hours are 7:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday with weekends as needed, averaging 35 hours per week.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Brood Attendant to join our Oak Forrest team in Continental.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:00pm with weekends as needed, averaging 35 hours a week

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.05 with the potential of increasing to $19.30 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
