Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a full-time Grow Out Attendant for the Continental, Ohio location. The role runs 7:00am–2:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. Starting pay is $17.30 per hour, with potential to rise to $17.55 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses.

Training is provided for this entry-level position. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, supplying feed and water to birds, and monitoring birds for distress or disease.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a full time 1st shift Grow Out Attendant to join our team in Continental.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-2:00pm and occasional weekends

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY:Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
