The Group Sales Manager drives group sales performance for LionGrove's managed properties. This role generates group room and event revenue, prospects new business, and builds relationships with meeting planners, associations, and corporate accounts. The Group Sales Manager contributes directly to group revenue, market share, and the positioning of LionGrove's managed properties. Through strong sales execution and relationship building, this position grows the group business across the portfolio.
Location: Onsite. Based at an assigned LionGrove property, with responsibility across LionGrove's managed properties.
Schedule Considerations: Requires availability primarily during business hours, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events, groups, and deadlines.
Travel Requirements: Approximately 30% travel, including regular travel between LionGrove's managed properties and non-local travel for sales calls, trade shows, and industry events, which may require overnight stays and air travel. A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required.
