You'll drive loyalty through exceptional service, conduct site tours, and collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and availability. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• High School education required; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of two years in hotel service role or sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy.
• Drive customer loyalty to grow share by delivering service excellence.
• Identify and solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, site tours, cold calls, email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Advise clients on hotel facilities and services for groups and events.
• Establish client base among organizations, associations, and corporate businesses.
