Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Group Sales Manager to join our team at the AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix Biltmore. This role focuses on driving group business, building relationships with clients, and delivering service excellence across the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy.
• Drive customer loyalty to grow share of the account by delivering service excellence.
• Identify and solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, site tours, cold calls, email and in-person interaction.
• Advise clients on hotel facilities and services when proposing groups and events.
• Establish client base of organizations, associations, and corporate businesses through direct sales efforts.
• Negotiate contracts per company standards and meet revenue goals.
• Complete solicitation, closing, and client communications documentation.
• Conduct hotel and banquet facility tours and entertain qualified clients per policies.
• Provide prompt responses to client RFPs and information requests.
• Monitor local competitors and compare operations.
