Qualifications

• High school education required; post-secondary preferred.
• Minimum two years in hotel service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy and drive loyalty across accounts.
• Identify and solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, site tours, and inquiries.
• Advise clients on hotel facilities and services for groups and events.
• Build client base of organizations through direct sales to secure business.
• Negotiate food & beverage, space, and room rates to meet revenue goals.
• Achieve predefined sales goals and document communications and deals.
• Complete tours and entertain qualified clients per policies and procedures.
• Prepare timely responses to RFPs and information requests.
• Monitor competitors and report on market activity.
• Submit regular reports and participate in planning and budgeting.
