Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Phoenix is seeking an energetic Hotel Accounting Manager to join the AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix-Biltmore. You will oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least two years in corporate accounting management, preferably in hospitality, with GAAP/USALI knowledge and strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• Minimum 2 years of corporate accounting management experience, hospitality preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and USALI.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including AP, payroll, and cost accounting.
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements for management and corporate offices.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP/USALI.
• Collaborate with executives to support strategic financial decisions.
