Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy.
• Drive customer loyalty to grow account share via service excellence.
• Identify and solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, site tours, cold calls, and inquiries.
• Advise clients on hotel facilities and services for groups and events.
• Establish client base through direct sales to secure hotel business.
• Negotiate contracts per company standards; meet revenue goals.
• Complete solicitation, closing, and communications documentation.
• Conduct tours and entertain qualified potential clients per policies.
