Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Group Sales Manager for the AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix Biltmore in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on driving loyalty, growing the share of key accounts, and delivering service excellence across the customer journey.

You will identify and pursue new accounts, negotiate contracts, and work with the hotel team to meet revenue targets while maintaining superior client communications and documentation. Evening/weekend flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of two years in hotel service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy to drive loyalty and grow account share.
• Solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, site tours, cold calls, and inquiries.
• Negotiate food and beverage, function space, room rates, and hotel services to meet revenue goals.
• Achieve predefined sales goals for revenue and activity; complete contracts per standards.
• Provide prompt responses to client proposals and information requests.
• Maintain clear documentation and complete daily/weekly/monthly reports.
