The Onni Group of Companies is seeking a Group Sales Manager to drive business for The Emily Hotel, Level Old Town, Level River North, and Level Fulton Market in Chicago. You will solicit new leads, manage key accounts, and coordinate hotel services to maximize profitability.

Join a collaborative office culture with in-person collaboration, with some work-from-home flexibility. Strong hospitality sales experience and proficiency in Tripleseat are valued.

Formación

• English communication ability for guest and team interactions.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry operations and guest service standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Research, solicit, and generate new leads for group opportunities to maximize room revenue.
• Coordinate room, food & beverage, and meeting space requirements in Tripleseat and maintain booking data.
• Communicate customer needs internally and coordinate with departments to exceed expectations.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations and departments to support sales strategies.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly financial goals and contribute to ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR targets.
