Job summary

Onni in Chicago seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Emily Hotel's primary restaurant outlet. You will lead service excellence and coordinate with the Restaurant General Manager and Director of Hotel Operations to maximize profitability.

The role requires staff leadership, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring health and safety standards across all service areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant setting and supervision of staff.
• Knowledge of safety initiatives in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Education in hospitality management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and assist with leading operations in Fora, Coffee Bar, Rooftop Cinema, and Events.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Review daily sales and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Prepare weekly schedules and adjust staffing to meet business demands.
• Ensure staff training and compliance with health and safety standards.
