Job summary

Ontario Reign is seeking an Account Executive, Group Ticket Sales to drive group ticket revenue by building relationships with Inland Empire businesses and families. The role involves outbound calls, appointments, emails, and presentations, with events evenings and weekends as needed.

You will manage accounts, hit sales goals, and network to develop new business opportunities while delivering top-notch service and competitive quotes.

Qualifications

• Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Quality presentation skills – ability to create, analyze, interpret, and present reports.
• Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner with good time management.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; learn business systems.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Knowledge of Archtics/Ticketmaster or other ticket software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate group ticket revenue using all sales methods.
• Manage accounts to exceed sales goals; conduct high volume daily calls.
• Prospect and network to generate new business relationships; host client meetings.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to all inquiries and maintain customer service.
• Perform game day responsibilities including entertaining clients and working booths.
• Attend team and community events to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide sales reports to management on a daily/weekly basis.
