Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Group Program Director to lead the Delivery capability for a portfolio of clients, setting strategic direction and ensuring health, growth, and performance. You will mentor teams from Associates to Senior Directors, drive delivery excellence, and partner with Finance, Recruiting, and senior leadership to scale high-quality work.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, focusing on estimation, scope, budgets, and client growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program/delivery management experience with deep product and digital transformation delivery expertise.
• Proven ability to grow expertise across a team, fostering learning and development.
• Change-agent mindset with history of driving process and tooling improvements, including AI to accelerate work.
• Proven experience owning scope, estimation, and budget integrity for complex, high-value engagements.
• Trusted escalation point for clients and senior internal stakeholders with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and performance of delivery portfolios across clients or major accounts.
• Lead and delegate reviews of scopes; review budgets and contracts as delivery reviewer.
• Act as escalation point for accounts; define resolution paths with discipline leads.
• Engage with Client Engagement to steer and grow accounts; staff plans with Resource Management and Recruiting.
• Participate in new business pitches and ensure staffing, budget, and scope alignment with client needs.
• Identify and drive change-related processes and tools to improve delivery efficiency and modernize practices.
• Lead and coach the team from Associates to Senior Directors, including performance reviews and growth plans.
