Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Head of Program Delivery to establish and scale a dedicated delivery function across multi-product client engagements. You will directly lead complex programs, set standards, and coordinate across product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure consistent, credible delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise software solutions in large organizations.
• Proven track record building or scaling a program delivery function.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and manage senior client relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and institutional investment management landscape.
• Direct experience delivering financial software to institutional clients.
• Familiarity with agile software development and delivery tradeoffs.
• Experience coordinating product, engineering, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Program Delivery function with a high-performance culture.
• Define delivery cadences, artifacts, escalations and internal-external communication standards.
• Provide coaching and organizational backing for your team to perform confidently.
• Lead delivery on strategically significant client engagements and manage risk.
• Maintain senior-level accountability for program coordination across product, engineering and commercial workstreams.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and translate technical to business views.
