DEPT® is seeking a Group Director, Client Partnership to lead enterprise multi-service portfolios and senior client relationships. You will drive strategic leadership across practices, optimize delivery, and help clients achieve measurable ROI while mentoring teams and expanding cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a strong track record in agency environments, managing large budgets, and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience servicing clients in an agency environment.
• Owns $5-7M+ client portfolio and runs it like a business unit.
• Executive presence with strategic thought leadership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise/global multi-service client portfolios and senior-level relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams across media, creative, experience, data and tech.
• Design integrated solutions, set KPIs, and deliver ROI for clients.
• Mentor and develop future leaders and high-performing teams.
