Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio of ZT1 initiatives. This senior, hands-on builder will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms, partnering with engineers, analysts, and designers to launch and scale.

You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to turn high‑level ideas into durable, scalable businesses. You’ll drive zero‑to‑one product development—from discovery to launch—owning the full UI/UX, writing customer-facing

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing or platform products.
• Experience leading zero‑to‑one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for ZT1 initiatives.
• Lead full lifecycle of new products and platforms from discovery to iteration.
• Own UI/UX and use AI to build and test prototypes.
• Write customer-facing copy across the product experience.
• Analyze customer behavior and design experiments end-to-end.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and ensure quality.
